The Carl H Lindner College of Business welcomes applicants from all professions and educational backgrounds interested in an online, part-time or full-time MBA. Our program prepares tomorrow’s managers with the skills and perspectives needed to serve global markets and compete in a fast-paced environment.

The University of Cincinnati’s Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree program sets graduates up for success with an optional internship, specializations, career services.

We limit our full-time MBA class sizes so we can give each of our students the personalized attention they deserve. Students engage with the Cincinnati business community, working to find solutions to real-world problems for some of the world's leading companies. In fact, some of those companies, such as Procter & Gamble, Kroger, and Macy’s, are within three miles of campus.

With 20+ optional specializations to choose from, there are classes for every career interest. These specializations include data analytics, entrepreneurship and health care administration. Our students and world-renowned faculty play an integral part in creating in-depth classroom experiences. The UC MBA full-time curriculum consists of 36 to 48 semester hours.

Careers 

The MBA is a general management degree that improves career stability and mobility. Many management roles prefer candidates with an MBA. Also, the MBA is a good degree to help job-seekers switch career fields.

Seventy-two percent of Lindner MBA students who graduated during the 2019-2020 academic year accepted a full-time position within three months with an average starting salary of $93,681.
