Refund Policy

The consultancy fee is Rs.14160/- (Processing fee= 12000+18% of service tax) for applying to a maximum of eight universities. This fee is excluding the application fee payable to the universities, courier charges, Educational Testing Services (ETS) score reporting fees and Visa documentation charges, which shall be borne by the students separately.
The above mentioned consultancy fee is for one program/field/subject. Every additional program/field/subject will be charged Rs 1180/- per program/field/subject. This fee has to be paid at the time of registration.
The consultancy fee applies to maximum eight universities only. If the student uses any of our services for more than eight universities, Rs. 590/- for each university above eight will be levied.
Service tax – Service tax of 18% will be charged on the consulting fees.
Refund Policy –Rs.11800/- is not refundable once the university selection is done. If universities have been shortlisted for additional programs, the additional program charge of Rs 1180/- also stands non-refundable
We shall not be responsible for any application submitted by the students directly except that if the student is registered with us, we may help in couriering the packets provided the student hands over the packets to us in its entirety.
Couriers will be forwarded to the universities after all the dues are cleared.
FOREIGN EDUCATION CONSULTANTS is not responsible for the authenticity of documents and information submitted and forwarded to the universities and/or to the consulate for Visa purposes. It is always advisable to submit authentic documents both at the time of application and also during the visa interview. This will enhance to credibility of the student and also help to avoid unwarranted legal consequences.
Students can defer their file with FOREIGN EDUCATION CONSULTANTS for one semester. More than this period, the student has to pay the reactivation fee of Rs. 1180/-.
A student’s registration cannot be transferred to another. The registration is non-transferable.
All fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of FOREIGN EDUCATION CONSULTANTS.
